 Material methods.  Results. During period, with growth fetus, normally shifts upward mandible. At beginning is located just below angle jaw. Its (C) (AB) protuberance. perpendicular from conditional center AB half diameter 3.7 1.1 mm. In group, level branch 3.1 0.8 By end displaced processes above notch. AB, C 6.1 1.4 mm.
 Conclusion. deviations formation fetus 14 27 weeks gestation can be additional criteria development congenital pathology require fetoabnormal alertness.
